The Oulu International Children's and Youth Film Festival is an annual festival of films for children and young people in Oulu, Finland, co-organised by Oulu Film Centre. It was founded in 1982 on the initiative of Pentti Kejonen, then the City of Oulu's film secretary, who directed it until 2006; it was called the Oulu International Children's Film Festival until 2009. The programme has five competitions: Children's Film, Youth Film, Finnish, ECFA Feature and ECFA Short.

Besides screenings in Oulu, the festival offers online screenings for kindergartens and schools across Finland, and the Oulu Children's Film Forum is its professional programme. The 45th edition takes place on 7–15 November 2026, the year Oulu is European Capital of Culture.
