The regulations specify a running time under 30 minutes including credits and subtitles in English or Italian, including for English-language films. An Italian premiere is preferred but is not required. Entry uses the online festival form and a working, correctly subtitled screening link that remains available throughout selection. A pay-what-you-want submission contribution applies; the festival provides a waiver request for students and applicants unable to pay. Applicants must hold the rights to their work and accept the screening and promotional permissions in the regulations.
