Non-English films require English subtitles. Secure online screeners are accepted through FilmFreeway, Vimeo or YouTube; DVDs are not accepted. Submitters must hold the necessary film and music rights, authorise festival screenings and permit promotional use of stills, titles, trailers and short excerpts. The published terms set 30 June as the latest submission deadline where applicable, with notifications aimed for early July.
