Here are the submission guidelines ■ Quality: submitted films must be of high resolution UHD (4K) - Resolution: 3840 X 2160 - Frame rate: 59.94P - File format: mp4 (H.264 codec) ■ Free topic - any topic is fine! -Documentaries, films (short films, omnibus style), web dramas, animation, etc -Photography or time lapses are not accepted -Topics must be suitable for public broadcast because the films will be broadcast on SKY TV, a cable channel based in Seoul, Korea ■ Multiple submissions are allowed ■ Duration: all submitted films must be over 5 minutes long and less than 120 minutes long [Festival Dates]  Submission Deadline: Nov 30, 2018  Film Judging : Thur, Dec 15, 2018  Award Show : Thur, Dec 22, 2018 ■ Submission Requirements  Entrants: anyone filming in UHD (4K) is welcome to submit  Individuals or groups such as students, broadcast production companies, broadcast channel filmmakers, program directors are welcome to submit ※ Multiple submissions are allowed (no limit in quantity of submissions) ■ How To Submit Write an email to Debora Paik, the festival marketing director.
