Matte! Nande?
About
Matte! Nande? (the name translates as 'Wait! Why?') was an animation studio in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, co-founded by animation director Matty Jorissen. It made 2D animation, illustration and hand-painted backgrounds for commissioned and personal projects, including the animated music video Johnny and the Devil for the band Handsome Johnny, and shared painted-background and making-of videos on its YouTube channel. The studio's former website describes it in the past tense and directs enquiries to Matty Jorissen.
