Mental Helse Ungdom
About
Mental Helse Ungdom is a Norwegian organisation for the mental health of children and young people up to 36. Speaking from the lived experience of its members, it advocates on mental-health policy, runs local branches and activities that create meeting places for young people, and operates Hjelpechatten, a volunteer support chat for 18–36-year-olds.
