About
L’Agence du court métrage is a French organisation founded in 1983 to promote and develop the circulation of short films across screens and audiences. It advises programmers and distributes a catalogue of more than 15,000 films to cinemas, festivals, libraries, broadcasters and online platforms in France and internationally. It also preserves film and digital works, carries out digitisation, and develops cinema education through workshops, training, school programmes and the Le Kinétoscope platform. Its services include programming advice, rights administration, festival submissions through FilmFest, the Brefcinema subscription streaming platform and the publication Bref.
