Studio Film Bilder
About
Studio Film Bilder is an independent animation studio in Stuttgart, Germany, founded by Thomas Meyer-Hermann in 1989. It makes homegrown animation based on its own original content, from auteur short films to children's series such as Andreas Hykade's TOM & the Slice of Bread with Strawberry Jam & Honey, Julia Ocker's Animanimals, Angela Steffen's Patchwork Pals and Elena Walf's Lena's Farm, as well as commissioned work. A small core production team works with a regular group of directors and animation artists, and the studio's films have won awards at international festivals for more than three decades.
